We are seeking a highly skilled Leasehold Asset Co-ordinator to join our team at Riverside Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring effective asset services are delivered on behalf of RHO managed properties.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Leasehold Asset Services Manager in delivering asset services in line with leasehold legislation, business priorities, and the Group's Asset Management Strategy.
- Coordinate insurance and legal claims, ensuring timely and cost-effective resolution.
- Produce management reports to inform decision-making and drive business improvement.
- Experience within the building industry, preferably in the Leasehold Sector.
- Understanding of statutory leasehold legislation.
- Proven track record in managing and coordinating insurance and legal claims.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
