We are seeking an experienced Asset Administrator to join our team at Riverside Group. As an Asset Administrator, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive office administration support to ensure the smooth operation of our environmental services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative services to support the delivery of environmental services, including clerical and coordination activities.
- Represent a designated geographical area and ensure that all issues regarding buildings, office equipment, servicing, and maintenance are resolved promptly.
- Maintain databases and ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
- Organize meetings and liaise with suppliers to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Utilize Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel to create reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
- Show initiative and propose solutions to issues identified, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Demonstrable track record of providing administrative services, with experience in maintaining databases and organizing meetings.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a strong understanding of Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
