Job Title: SENIOR CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER - NATIONAL HOUSEBUILDERS

Are you an ambitious sales expert with substantial CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT & BUSINESS GROWTH experience in advocating COMMERCIAL INTERIOR SOLUTIONS, PRODUCTS & SERVICES to the UK HOUSE BUILDER AND DEVELOPER INDUSTRY? Do you possess the ability to cultivate relationships with specialized subcontractors and engage in National and Regional rollout, framework, and/or supply chain agreements?

If so, SRS Group Holdings Ltd is collaborating with a prominent Manufacturer of FLOORING SOLUTIONS seeking to onboard a seasoned SENIOR CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER to enhance this specialized team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive and expand sales of our client's offerings within the UK market.
  • Secure national specifications and programs with strategically significant House Builders, Developers, and New Build Contractors.
  • Oversee the customer portfolio to maximize profitable sales.
  • Manage Key Accounts nationally from initiation to completion.

Strategic Account Management:

  • Formulate an account strategy grounded in comprehensive customer insights and extensive market segment knowledge.
  • Lead, coordinate, and monitor the execution of the account plan to meet established objectives.
  • Establish and nurture personal relationships with key representatives of the Key Accounts, particularly within decision-making units.
  • Develop and strengthen relationships within the network surrounding these accounts.
  • Take initiative in acquiring new accounts.
  • Lead various strategic and complex projects.
  • Hold direct accountability for sales, profit margins, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate effectively with Regional Sales Managers and Business Area Managers across the UK to optimize output.
  • Work alongside operations teams to ensure effective inventory management.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 5 years' experience in the target market route, with a proven history in client relationship management and business development within the flooring or interior finishes sector.

Skills:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling you to influence, inspire, and build enduring relationships while negotiating with stakeholders at all management levels.
  • Strong analytical, tactical, and strategic planning capabilities, coupled with a keen business acumen and a commitment to driving business impact.

Compensation:

Attractive base salary (up to £55,000+ with larger packages available depending on experience), along with excellent unlimited earning potential and rewards package (OTE = £70,000 - £80,000+). Ongoing training and career development opportunities, company car, pension, healthcare, and 25 days of holiday are also included.
