Role Summary

  • Achieve the annual financial targets for your designated client portfolio, aligning with the strategic goals established by the Sales Director, while managing full P&L responsibilities (including terms, product range, distribution, new product launches, and promotional strategies).
  • Actively seek and capitalize on all sales opportunities to meet both immediate and long-term business objectives.
  • Enhance your professional skills and knowledge to maximize your contributions and potential.

Key Responsibilities

Meet and exceed sales and gross margin profit objectives within key accounts, adhering to budgetary constraints and approved pricing strategies as outlined by the Sales Director.

Engage extensively within client organizations across relevant departments, fostering strong relationships to leverage our brand portfolio effectively.

Utilize Category Management principles to create customer proposals that optimize brand visibility and promotional efforts.

Through strategic negotiations, enhance return on investment while pursuing sales growth with a focus on efficiency.

Encourage a culture of excellence by continuously improving processes and exceeding the expectations of both external and internal stakeholders.

Provide precise sales forecasts and maintain effective communication with Demand Planning and Brand teams to meet service level and working capital objectives.

Formulate and execute Joint Business Plans with key clients to drive significant growth.

Establish KPIs and metrics for major accounts to track performance in terms of volume, value, profit, market share, distribution, pricing, and promotional display.

Oversee promotional initiatives by managing the planning, execution, and evaluation phases, recommending enhancements for future promotional strategies.

Develop proficiency in Account Reporting Systems by generating regular reports to support decision-making and identify opportunities for business optimization, such as reducing inventory levels and addressing compliance issues.

Handle all administrative tasks related to sales and negotiations within assigned accounts, including New Line Set Up, Pricing Adjustments, and Promotional Briefings, ensuring timely execution of activities in line with client deadlines.
