Ebury, a leading FinTech firm, is seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Client Account Director. This is a unique opportunity to take charge of managing and expanding our key B2B client relationships, driving operational and commercial success, and contributing to the company's growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of enterprise-level clients, providing exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets and strengthen relationships with key clients.
- Monitor and analyze payment data to identify commercial opportunities and drive growth.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver operational and commercial improvements, and ensure seamless client onboarding.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients, and present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Lead client strategy calls and commercial reviews, bringing insights and objectives to fruition through clear communication and management of different stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of client management experience in the FX or Fintech industry.
- Strong understanding of FX markets and global economic impacts.
- Proven success managing a portfolio of enterprise-level clients and evidence of prioritizing client requests and relationships.
- Ambition and drive to grow existing client contracts through partnership expansion and product upsells.
- Analytical mind with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Leadership and professionalism, with demonstrable line or team management experience in a client-facing setting.
- Technical understanding of payment products and methods, with confidence discussing payment strategies and solutions with high-level stakeholders.
- Commercial awareness, with a self-starting approach to analyzing client trends and identifying commercial opportunities for growth.
