Client Relationship Manager

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying new opportunities to expand our business.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to meet client needs and drive long-term business growth.
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, acting as their main point of contact.
- Identify new sales opportunities within the current client base.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
- Proven experience as a Client Relationship Manager or in a sales role.
- Strong understanding of CRM software and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
