Facilities Management Client Relationship Manager

Location: Cressex, Mobile Position (Southern Area)

Salary: £35,000 plus company car

Position Overview

We are looking for a Facilities Management Client Relationship Manager to cultivate robust connections with both external partners and internal teams. The primary aim is to ensure adherence to regulations, implement strategies for loss prevention, and reduce operational interruptions.

The Client Relationship Manager will focus on improving performance, fostering strategic alliances with suppliers, and consistently evaluating and enhancing results while managing risks and controlling expenditures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily functions of both hard and soft services, coordinating teams and suppliers to achieve contractual goals.
  • Maintain client engagement through regular meetings, site inspections, and feedback sessions.
  • Effectively lead a team of contractors and support personnel to maximize organizational performance.
  • Ensure a secure working environment and routinely assess health and safety protocols.
  • Utilize Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) systems for both planned and reactive task oversight.

Qualifications

  • BIFM/NEBOSH Certification (Preferred)
  • Experience in contract management (Preferred)
  • Understanding of Health and Safety regulations
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities
  • Proactive mindset with the capability to address operational demands.
