  • Responsable de cumplir con el presupuesto anual de su cartera de cuentas, alineándose con los objetivos estratégicos establecidos por la Dirección de Ventas, asumiendo la responsabilidad total del P&L (gestión de términos, rango y distribución, lanzamientos de nuevos productos y ejecución de promociones).

Funciones del Puesto...


• Alcanzar los objetivos de ventas y márgenes de beneficio bruto establecidos en cuentas clave, dentro de los presupuestos y niveles de precios autorizados, de acuerdo con los objetivos anuales y estratégicos.


• Establecer una red de contactos dentro de las cuentas en todos los departamentos relevantes, desarrollando relaciones laborales positivas para maximizar el apalancamiento de todas nuestras marcas.


• Utilizar propuestas de gestión de categorías basadas en el cliente para lograr la mejor participación de espacio y actividad promocional para todas nuestras marcas.


• A través de negociaciones efectivas, maximizar el retorno de la inversión, buscando constantemente aumentar las ventas mediante un enfoque de 'más por menos'.


• Fomentar una cultura de excelencia mediante la mejora continua en todos los aspectos del trabajo y en todas las funciones, superando las expectativas de los clientes internos y externos.


• Proporcionar pronósticos precisos a la empresa y asegurar una comunicación efectiva con el equipo de planificación de la demanda y el equipo de marca para cumplir con los objetivos acordados de nivel de servicio y capital de trabajo.


• Desarrollar e implementar planes de negocio conjuntos dentro de las cuentas clave para asegurar un crecimiento transformacional.


• Establecer indicadores clave de rendimiento (KPI) y métricas para las cuentas clave que produzcan volumen, valor, beneficio, participación, distribución, precios, espacio y exhibición.


• Gestionar la actividad promocional, siendo responsable de la planificación, entrega y evaluación posterior de las promociones, recomendando mejoras para optimizar el retorno de futuras inversiones promocionales.


• Desarrollar experiencia en sistemas de informes de cuentas mediante la generación de informes semanales o ad hoc para apoyar la toma de decisiones y desarrollar recomendaciones para optimizar el rendimiento empresarial.


• Asumir la responsabilidad de toda la administración relacionada con la venta y negociación dentro de las cuentas designadas, incluyendo la configuración de nuevos productos, modificaciones de precios, briefing promocional, y coordinación con el equipo de merchandising de campo según sea necesario para cumplir con los plazos acordados.
