Paediatric Therapist Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Paediatric Therapist to lead our Child Development and Specialist Play teams within our Children, Young People & Families Service Delivery Unit.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Child Development and Specialist Play teams to deliver high-quality services to babies and pre-school children with significant development delay or a known medical condition/diagnosis.
- Manage the operational running of the child development centre service, including the management of the team, triage, and management of the 3 child development centre sites.
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure clinical quality and outcomes of intervention.
- Make management and clinical decisions with autonomy, guided by trust policies.
- Minimum of 4 years postgraduate experience in a relevant field.
- Recent paediatric clinical experience.
- Leadership experience.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English in both verbal and written formats.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work unsupervised.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle a busy caseload.
- Ability to pass on skills and knowledge to others.
- Leadership qualities.
- Ability to handle difficult and emotional situations.
- Able to work within a multidisciplinary team.
- Good organisational skills.

- 27 days leave plus bank holidays, increasing up to 33 days with long service.
