Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the care team to deliver high-quality care to residents
  • Develop and implement care plans to meet individual resident needs
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Monitor and evaluate care quality to identify areas for improvement
  • Support the Care Manager in achieving departmental goals and objectives
Requirements
  • NVQ level 3 in Adult Care
  • At least 12 months experience of being a Deputy Manager/Team Leader in a Residential Care Home Setting
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
