About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Child Development and Specialist Play teams within our Children, Young People & Families Service Delivery Unit.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of holistic child development in the early years and the wider system of SEND support.

The Child Development and Specialist Play services work with babies and pre-school children with significant development delay or a known medical condition/diagnosis who require a specialist approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Child Development and Specialist Play teams
  • Manage the operational running of the child development centre service
  • Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure clinical quality and outcomes of intervention
  • Make management and clinical decisions with autonomy, guided by trust policies
