Job Description

**Job Title:** Automotive Center Manager - Leadership Role

**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Automotive Center Manager to lead our team of skilled technicians and customer service advisors in delivering a seamless service experience to our customers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead a team of around 11, with skilled technicians and customer service advisors to deliver a seamless service experience.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage and maintain high-quality standards in all aspects of the business.
  • Collaborate with the Assistant Manager and Workshop Controller to ensure effective team management and workflow.
  • Deliver coaching and training to colleagues to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Manage capability and performance, ensuring that all team members are meeting expectations.
  • Develop and implement technical training programs to enhance colleague skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety and quality standards.
  • Manage labour force scheduling and time management to optimize productivity.
  • Utilize Microsoft packages, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and in-house systems to support business operations.
  • Hold a current full valid driving license.
