We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Automotive Sales Specialist to join our team at JC Warner HVAC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling new and used vehicles to customers, meeting sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales and Customer Service
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by selling new and used vehicles to customers
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to build trust and increase sales
- Product Knowledge
- Stay up-to-date on new and used vehicle inventory, features, and benefits
- Develop and maintain knowledge of competitor products and pricing
- Teamwork and Communication
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide support as needed
- Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless sales process
Requirements
- Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
- Minimum 12 months of sales experience in a customer-facing environment
- Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Knowledge of automotive industry and products
- Valid driver's license

- Basic salary of £20,000 with a realistic OTE of £45,000
