Automotive Training Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Trainer to join our team at Perfect Placement UK Ltd. As an Automotive Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to various sectors, including Automotive Engineering, Motorsport, Rail, and Aviation.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver training programs that meet organizational needs, ensuring they are relevant and up-to-date.
- Design and deliver training schedules, classroom agendas, and detailed course content.
- Conduct training sessions, webinars, and workshops either in groups or individually, both on-site and at customer locations within the UK and globally.
- Prepare comprehensive training materials such as presentations, worksheets, and exercises.
- Evaluate delegate competency and assess the effectiveness of training programs.
- Ensure training programs meet ISO 9001 quality standards and external accreditation requirements.
- Strong knowledge of Electrical Engineering, ideally educated to HNC, HND, or Degree Level.
- Previous experience as a trainer, preferably within the automotive sector, and a confident speaker with the ability to engage an audience.
- Possess or be willing to work towards an approved teaching qualification.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and other commonly used office packages.
- A full UK or international driving license is essential.
- A can-do attitude, high level of motivation, and a solutions-focused approach.
