Role Overview

As Head of Technology Operations Delivery, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery and performance of our technology infrastructure. You will lead a team of Service Readiness Managers, responsible for overseeing the operational readiness of our services across various domains, including RAN Core Network Infrastructure (including Data Centres), Transport, OSS/IT, and Managed Services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Excellence: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, reduce bottlenecks, and optimize service delivery across all technology domains.
  • Service Acceptance & Readiness: Establish robust processes for service acceptance and readiness, ensuring that all new services meet defined criteria and are effectively deployed.
  • Managed Services Oversight: Manage the performance of our managed service providers, ensuring alignment with Three's operational standards and customer expectations.
  • Technology Domain Expertise: Provide expert guidance and support on technical matters related to network infrastructure, operations, and service delivery.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of Service Readiness Managers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
