Business Development Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team at Juice Recruitment Ltd. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving new business opportunities, building client relationships, and expanding our company's reach in the South West region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively generate new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and social media, particularly LinkedIn.
  • Engage with decision-makers to identify needs and opportunities for mobile, connectivity, and unified communications solutions.
  • Self-manage your pipeline to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Use open discovery questions to gain insights and create tailored solutions for prospective clients.
  • Utilise the CRM system effectively to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
  • Participate in regular sales meetings, training sessions, and strategy planning.
Requirements:
  • 2-3 year's proven BDM experience within the telecommunications industry, with knowledge of mobile, connectivity, and unified communications.
  • A strong new business hunter mentality, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented, with excellent networking skills.
  • IT literate, with experience using CRM systems to track sales performance.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • A team player who can contribute to the company's growth and success.
