We are excited to announce a newly established position for a Customer Success Executive. This role is pivotal in managing all sales-oriented aspects of the customer journey between Sword Group and one of our key Energy clients. The focus will be on ensuring that the service provided not only maintains existing partnerships but also maximizes current and future revenue opportunities, emphasizing a true collaborative relationship with value creation at the core of our operations.

The Customer Success Executive will be dedicated to a specific client, with the primary goal of cultivating enduring, trusted relationships with key stakeholders. This involves developing a comprehensive understanding of their business objectives and assisting them in achieving these goals. You will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced account environment, supported by an experienced leadership team and a comprehensive technical group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Client Partner, the Customer Success Executive will oversee all sales initiatives, including customer engagement, lead generation, pipeline management, and proposal development.
  • Collaborate with key personnel from both Sword Group and the client to ensure our operational services align with their needs and objectives, fostering a demonstrable partnership.
  • Engage regularly with clients and relevant stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of their business landscape.
  • Establish and nurture long-term customer relationships, evolving into a trusted advisor through high levels of engagement.
  • Coordinate with our pre-sales team to deliver clear technical solutions and proposals.
  • Assist the Operations Team in providing value-added service reporting.

Requirements:

  • Experience in account management, preferably within the IT services or energy sectors, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Ability to navigate a complex sales pipeline and implement a structured sales process.
  • Strong relationship-building skills across multiple levels.
  • Commercially astute, articulate, and capable of strategic thinking.
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by targets.
  • Experience in budget management.
  • Capability to develop and execute customer experience strategies and service reports.
  • Excellent communication skills, adept at building relationships at various organizational levels.
  • Degree or Management Qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with the Renewables and Utilities sectors is advantageous.
