Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at Executive Network Group. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving major projects forward and contributing to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Project Leadership: Lead and manage complex engineering projects within the Oil & Gas Sector, from conception to commissioning, ensuring on-time delivery and within allocated resources.
  2. Project Planning: Develop project plans, including detailed schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  3. Project Execution: Oversee and manage the execution of projects, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, requirements, and standards.
  4. Stakeholder Management: Coordinate activities with internal stakeholders, subcontractors, and third-party entities, fostering effective collaboration to achieve project objectives.
  5. Cost Management: Manage and control project costs, continuously monitoring budgets, and implementing corrective measures as required.
  6. Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders, ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded throughout the project lifecycle.
  7. Team Management: Utilise effective communication and leadership skills to manage project teams, motivating team members to achieve project milestones.
  8. Health and Safety: Adhere to the principles of Construction Design and Management (CDM) to ensure the safe execution of construction projects.
Requirements:
  1. Qualifications: Hold a relevant engineering qualification and project management expertise.
  2. Project Management Experience: Experience of using project management models such as Prince2 and software such as Microsoft Project required.
  3. Leadership Experience: Significant project management experience with the ability to manage numerous projects involving stakeholder engagement, budget control, customer outcomes, and specified deliverables.
  4. Industry Experience: Experience of managing engineering projects within the transport fuel/Oil distribution/EV or other high hazard sector.
  5. Multi-Project Delivery: Experience of multi-project delivery within a high-risk profile organisation would be beneficial.
  6. HSE Management: Experience of HSE management systems and permit to work processes and contractor management.
