Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and direct a team of technical professionals at Expro. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supporting various project activities, ensuring that projects are completed on schedule and within financial boundaries.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the activities of a project team to complete projects in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Plan, organize, coordinate, and control projects in accordance with established policies, procedures, systems, and requirements approved by the company.
- Provide regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Manage day-to-day contact and communication with clients, ensuring effective collaboration and issue resolution.
- Oversee the execution of operations and project support activities, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Resolve disputes and problems related to project planning and delivery, utilizing strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Develop cost-effective solutions, evaluate alternatives, and collaborate with clients to confirm requirements and ensure acceptance.
- Directly or indirectly manage project personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
- Provide input during project acquisition and participate in contract negotiations, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Liaise with team members, internal and external parties as required, to ensure effective communication and collaboration to achieve project goals and objectives.
Requirements
- Degree qualified in a related technical field.
- Extensive experience within a related environment, with a proven track record of leadership and management.
