Client Support Representative - Torpoint

We are currently seeking a committed Client Support Representative to assist in the efficient operation of our services within the Defence sector on a part-time basis, contracted for 5 hours per week. As a Client Support Representative, you will utilize your expertise to uphold a high standard of service delivery. Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Engaging across all service areas including food delivery, cafes, bars, convenience shops, and accommodations to provide excellent service to our clients.
  • Your tasks will involve serving clients in our dining facilities, basic food preparation, cleaning, and ensuring that customer areas are consistently welcoming.
  • Managing the stocking of food and beverage stations.
  • Completing routine daily tasks as necessary to maintain smooth operations.
  • Adopting a flexible approach to work and consistently demonstrating positive behaviors towards colleagues, clients, and customers.
