Key Responsibilities- Support service users with their daily living skills, including personal care, meal preparation, and housekeeping.
- Assist service users in accessing community opportunities and engaging in activities that promote their physical and mental health.
- Work collaboratively with families, healthcare professionals, and occupational therapists to ensure comprehensive care and support.
- Competitive rates of pay: £12.36 per hour
- Time and a half enhancement on Bank Holidays, plus a day back in TOIL
- Time and a half for overtime, over 40 hours
- Guaranteed weekly hours from 14 to 36 hours per week
- Permanent hours available
- Guaranteed payment of contracted hours, including travel and contact time
- Mileage allowance: 45p per mile
- Annual leave: 31 days (pro-rata for part-time working patterns), with option to buy extra leave
- Full training and continuous development provided, including job shadowing, team support, and annual appraisals
