We are in search of a Process Improvement Manager to enhance our operations and elevate quality and dependability. This position will require collaboration across multiple departments to pinpoint and resolve intricate process challenges, thereby contributing to the overall effectiveness of the organization.

This role is designed to be remote, with occasional national and international travel to engage with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess a background in mechanical or industrial engineering, demonstrate expertise in statistical analysis, and have a solid grasp of Lean methodologies and waste minimization techniques. Proficiency in both English and German is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:

  • Leverage technical knowledge to assess data and enhance operational processes
  • Facilitate process evaluations, lead Kaizen workshops, and track the advancement of improvements
  • Diagnose root causes of operational challenges and execute effective resolutions
  • Work in partnership with operations leadership to refine processing efficiency
  • Uphold compliance with safety standards and regulations
