Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Manager to join our team at iO Associates - UK/EU. This role will focus on managing business improvement initiatives and maintaining key certifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the Business Improvement Programme and certifications
  • Lead the Quality Assurance team and manage the Internal Audit Programme
  • Conduct internal audits and ensure resolution of quality issues
  • Implement and review company policies and procedures for consistent application
  • Maintain quality certifications and drive additional standards to enhance market reputation
  • Develop and deliver business improvement plans and continuity procedures
  • Represent the company at external forums and support Cyber Essentials/Plus activities
Requirements:
  • Professional attitude with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong attention to detail, organized, and efficient
  • Team player with the ability to take ownership of tasks to completion
  • Proactive, with a solid understanding of security principles
  • IT literate, with experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
