**Job Summary**
We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our Service Improvement, Quality and Practice (SIQP) team at Nottinghamshire County Council.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the development and implementation of service improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of services provided by the council.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to address these areas.
- Work with operational teams to develop and implement process improvements, resulting in increased efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain dashboards to provide up-to-date reporting and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Engage with stakeholders, including senior leaders, operational teams, and people with lived experience, to ensure that service improvements are aligned with the council's cultural mission and values.
**Requirements**
- Proven experience in service improvement, quality assurance, or process improvement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work at pace and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
