Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Continuous Improvement Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing process improvements that drive cost savings and quality enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Collect and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  2. Facilitate process reviews and implement changes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
  3. Utilize statistical tools and lean principles to identify root causes and improve processes.
  4. Lead Kaizen events and provide guidance on chartering and planning.
  5. Monitor progress and ensure achievement of expected benefits.
  6. Identify opportunities to optimize processing performance and provide feedback to operations leadership.
  7. Assist in resolving process problems through root cause analysis and corrective action.
  8. Implement mistake-proofing methods and develop workstation aids.
  9. Assist in troubleshooting process issues and providing solutions.
  10. Exhibit a commitment to our shared values of customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Qualification in mechanical, manufacturing, industrial, or equivalent engineering/science.
  • Ability to influence, coach, and support team members.
  • Experience with statistical analysis and/or project management.
  • Knowledge of lean principles, ROI, waste reduction, and ergonomics.
  • Proficiency with computer applications, Microsoft applications preferred.

  • An individual who can bring enthusiasm and energy to problem-solving and brainstorming.
  • Ability to effectively read, write, and verbally communicate in English and German.
  • Ability to work under general direction and lead and motivate teams.
  • Above-average organizing, analyzing, and math skills to determine organizational, customer, and regulatory problems.
