Process Improvement Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.

3. Utilize statistical tools and lean principles to analyze data and drive process improvements.

4. Facilitate Kaizen events and provide guidance on chartering and planning.

5. Monitor progress and ensure achievement of expected benefits.

Requirements:

1. Qualification in mechanical, manufacturing, industrial, or equivalent engineering/science.

2. Ability to influence, coach, and support team members.

3. Experience with statistical analysis and/or project management.

4. Knowledge of Lean principles, ROI, waste reduction, and ergonomics.

5. Proficiency with computer applications, Microsoft applications preferred.

Successful Candidate:

1. An individual who can bring enthusiasm and energy to problem-solving and brainstorming.

2. Ability to effectively read, write, and verbally communicate in English and German.

3. Ability to work under general direction and adapt to changing duties and responsibilities.
