As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our Business Continuity team and driving the development of our Business Continuity and Operational Resilience strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the UK Business Continuity team and drive the development of our Business Continuity and Operational Resilience strategy
  • Continuously review, evolve, and analyse the results of assessments and tests to identify relevant risks and issues, and make recommendations to accept or mitigate
  • Drive understanding of and engagement with Business Continuity across our business and at all levels
  • Identify and drive process improvements using your knowledge of best industry practices and your own concepts
  • Partner with technology teams and third-party teams to design and implement appropriate business continuity plans, along with any exit plan testing
  • Partner with our Security and Leadership teams to ensure we are well prepared to support our business, associates, and customers in the event of unexpected disruptions
  • Be involved in delivering strong regulatory compliance to Operational Resilience and help drive resilience value across the business
  • Work with the business to train, embed, and support Business Continuity practices

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Business Continuity and Resilience Risk Manager who can lead our team and drive the development of our Business Continuity and Operational Resilience strategy. You will need to have a strong understanding of Business Continuity and Operational Resilience principles and practices, as well as excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
