Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Learning Management System (LMS) and Qualifications Coordinator to join our team at Liberty Recruitment Group. As a key member of our Learning and Development team, you will be responsible for managing the LMS system to meet the company's needs, creating and managing online learning paths and courses, and developing content to improve processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the LMS system to meet company needs
  • Create and manage online learning paths and courses
  • Develop content and continue to look at process improvements
  • Build ongoing relationships with key contacts in the business to provide an advisory and consulting service when required on training requirements
  • Support students with tuition bookings, exam entry, and subsequent exam results
  • Liaise with students, study mentors, team leaders, and external study suppliers as required
  • Coordination in relation to apprenticeships as required

Requirements:

  • Proven L&D experience ideally in a professional services environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Creative and keen with the ability to cope under pressure with a fluctuating workload
  • Positive attitude
  • Excellent IT skills, including Excel with extensive experience of an LMS or HRMS
