Job Title: Learning Management System Specialist

At Lane Clark & Peacock, we are seeking a highly skilled Learning Management System Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Learning and Development team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Learning Management System (LMS) and coordinating specific professional qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our LMS, LCPLearn, and its authoring tools.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Qualifications Adviser and the wider team to ensure the LMS functions efficiently and effectively.
  • Set up, manage, and configure the LMS to meet our needs, including creating and managing online learning paths and courses.
  • Build relationships with key contacts in the firm to provide advisory and consulting services on training requirements.
  • Train and support users in navigating and utilizing the LMS effectively, including managing access and permissions.
  • Analyze and report on LMS data, including compliance reports.
  • Maintain the LMS, including regular system checks and troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Stay updated on LMS industry trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations for LMS improvements and upgrades.
Qualification Coordination:
  • Support students with tuition bookings, exam entry, and subsequent exam results.
  • Liaise with students, study mentors, team leaders, and external study suppliers as required.
  • Ensure the smooth onboarding of new students into our study procedures.
  • General study administration, including checking invoices, credit card payments, updating study records, and subscription renewal.
  • Coordination in relation to apprenticeships as required.
General:
  • Remain up to date on developments within LCP and externally, and be open to new initiatives for the department.
  • Embrace a variety of tasks and projects, adjusting to the evolving needs of LCP.
