The Role: Learning Management System (LMS) and Qualifications Co-ordinator

We are seeking a dedicated Learning Management System (LMS) and Qualifications Co-ordinator to join our dynamic Learning and Development team. This role will focus on ensuring the smooth operation of our LMS, LCPLearn, and coordinating specific professional qualifications, primarily CFA.

Learning Management System (LMS) Expertise
  • Become a proficient user of LCPLearn and authoring tools, serving as the primary point of contact between LCP and the LMS provider.
  • Configure and manage the LMS to meet the evolving needs of our firm.
  • Develop engaging online learning paths and courses, continuously seeking process improvements.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the firm, providing advisory and consulting services on training requirements.
  • Provide comprehensive training and support to users on navigating and utilizing the LMS effectively, including managing access and permissions.
  • Analyze and generate insightful reports on LMS data, including performance metrics and user engagement.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in LMS technology.
Qualifications Coordination
  • Manage the administration and coordination of professional qualifications, primarily CFA.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees pursuing relevant certifications.
  • Track progress and ensure timely completion of qualification requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to qualifications.
