About this role

We are looking for a talented and highly organized individual to join our Learning and Development team as a Learning & Development Assistant. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of our training programs and contributing to the development of our employees.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Learning and Development team, including managing learning administration, coordinating training sessions, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Work closely with trainers and suppliers to ensure the smooth delivery of training programs.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of new learning initiatives, including identifying training needs and creating training plans.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of our learning management system, ensuring that all data is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Support the team in the administration of professional qualifications, including managing study records and subscription renewals.
  • Provide logistical support for learning sessions, including booking rooms and refreshments, and preparing training resources.

Requirements

  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with trainers, suppliers, and colleagues.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and learning management systems.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Enthusiastic and proactive, with a positive attitude and a 'can-do' approach.
