Job Title: Learning and Development Assistant

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Learning and Development Assistant to join our team at Lane Clark & Peacock. As a key member of our Learning and Development team, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of our training programs and professional qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for learning administration, including managing new starters, updating appraisal systems, and maintaining learning records.
  • Assist with qualification administration, including checking invoices, updating study records, and managing subscription renewals.
  • Support the delivery of learning sessions, including booking rooms, preparing training resources, and scheduling parental support sessions.
  • Liaise with trainers, suppliers, and LCP employees to ensure seamless delivery of training programs.
  • Manage and process invoices, and ensure evaluation processes are completed following learning events.
  • Create and update intranet posts and firm-wide communication on learning offerings.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise professionally with colleagues and external partners.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Technical aptitude, with experience of process improvement and administration skills.
  • Interest in how Learning and Development can add value to LCP.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and take initiative when needed.
