Training Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Training Administrator to support our training activities at Reed. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient administrative, clerical, and financial tasks are performed in line with our departmental requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Serve as the first point of contact for administration of designated training activities, maintaining up-to-date records of training course applications and allocations.
- Training Management: Process external training applications, manage learning/training systems, handle access requests and queries, and generate reports from training data.
- Financial Management: Support training purchases, validate invoices for payment, and manage stationery supplies.
- Communication: Represent the training unit in meetings, maintain effective working relationships with other units, and address IT issues related to learning/training management systems.
- Organizational Skills: Manage attendance and payments for guest speakers and role players, and contribute to the development of best working practices and process streamlining.
Requirements:
- Educated to QCF Level 2 or equivalent work experience.
- Administrative experience in a busy office environment.
- Familiarity with both manual and computerised systems.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- Methodical, well-organised with the ability to prioritise and manage workload.
- Computer literacy with proficient keyboard skills.
- Desirable: ITQ or equivalent IT qualification, and knowledge of police organisation and structure.
