Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Training Administrator to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our training activities and ensuring the smooth execution of administrative, clerical, and financial tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for administration of designated training activities, providing exceptional customer service and support to our stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of training course applications, allocations, and progress.
  • Process external training applications, manage learning/training systems, and handle access requests and queries.
  • Generate reports from training data and maintain accurate management information to inform business decisions.
  • Support training purchases, validate invoices for payment, and address IT issues related to learning/training management systems.
  • Represent the training unit in meetings, maintain effective working relationships with other units, and contribute to the development of best working practices and process streamlining.
  • Manage stationery supplies, mailboxes, and prepare resources for courses, ensuring a seamless learning experience for our trainees.
  • Organize attendance and payments for guest speakers and role players, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
Requirements:
  • Educated to QCF Level 2 or equivalent work experience.
  • Administrative experience in a busy office environment, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Familiarity with both manual and computerized systems, with a strong understanding of data management and reporting.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently, with a strong focus on customer service and communication.
  • Methodical, well-organized, with the ability to prioritize and manage workload, meeting deadlines and delivering results.
  • Computer literacy with proficient keyboard skills, with a strong understanding of Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Desirable: ITQ or equivalent IT qualification, and knowledge of police organization and structure.
  • Ability to contribute to the safety and security of the community, with a strong commitment to our values and mission.
