About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Cancer Centre Multi-Disciplinary Team as a Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day activities of the team, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration among team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate meetings and events, ensuring timely and effective communication among team members.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
  • Develop and implement process improvements, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing changes to optimize team performance.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including preparing reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and address any blockages or concerns in patient pathways, recommending solutions and changes to current processes to improve service delivery and compliance.
Requirements
  • Good standard of secondary education with literacy and numeracy skills demonstrable to GSCE pass level or equivalent standard.
  • Administrative and organisational experience in a healthcare environment.
  • Proficient in all aspects of Microsoft Office.
  • Previous experience in a coordination role.
