About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Cancer Centre team as a Cancer MDT Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the Cancer Centre's Multi-Disciplinary Service (MDT) and providing administrative support to our clinicians.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the Cancer Centre's MDT meetings and ensure that all necessary documentation is completed and up-to-date.
  • Provide administrative support to our clinicians, including data entry, report writing, and correspondence.
  • Identify and resolve any blockages or concerns in patient pathways and recommend solutions to improve service delivery and compliance.
  • Work closely with our team to ensure that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Requirements

  • A good standard of secondary education with literacy and numeracy skills demonstrable to GSCE pass level or equivalent standard.
  • Administrative and organisational experience in a healthcare environment.
  • Proficient in all aspects of Microsoft Office.
  • Previous experience in a coordination role.
