About the Role

Lamington Group, a B-Corp Certified company, is seeking a strategic leader to join our Commercial Department as the Group Revenue & Distribution Manager. This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of the Revenue and Reservations teams, establishing processes for long-term success, and advancing your career into senior leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Revenue and Reservations teams, driving revenue growth and profitability across all properties.
  • Develop comprehensive revenue management strategies, considering distribution and acquisition costs.
  • Perform market analysis to stay ahead of trends, competitors, and opportunities.
  • Create dynamic pricing strategies based on demand patterns and historical performance.
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and hotel operations to ensure alignment of revenue management strategies with overall business goals.
Requirements
  • 3+ years in hotel or hospitality revenue management roles with multi-property oversight.
  • 3+ years managing and developing teams to drive performance and deliver results.
  • Proven expertise in revenue strategy, pricing, and forecasting, with advanced analytical and Excel skills.
  • Experience in translating data into actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.
