About the Role

Lamington Group, a leading hospitality business, is seeking a seasoned revenue management professional to lead the Revenue and Reservations teams. As the Group Revenue Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic revenue management plans, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement revenue management strategies to optimize revenue and profitability across the portfolio.
  • Lead the Revenue and Reservations teams to achieve revenue growth targets and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and hotel operations to ensure alignment of revenue management strategies with overall business goals.
  • Perform market analysis and forecasting to stay ahead of trends and competitors.
  • Develop and manage pricing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in hotel or hospitality revenue management roles with multi-property oversight.
  • Proven expertise in revenue strategy, pricing, and forecasting, with advanced analytical and Excel skills.
  • Experience in managing and developing teams to drive performance and deliver results.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a proactive, solutions-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
