Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of work, excellent design skills, and a passion for creative problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities
  • Brand Identity Development: Collaborate with our founder and marketing team to develop and evolve our brand identity, ensuring consistency across all touch points.
  • Graphic Design: Create a wide range of marketing materials, including retail promotional materials, social media assets, and website graphics that showcase our brand's unique personality.
  • Product Packaging: Design eye-catching and innovative packaging for our products, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, e-commerce, sales, and external agencies to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
  • Creative Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve by researching and implementing new design techniques and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the table.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all artwork produced meets our high standards, requirements, and brand values.
  • Project Management: Support the team with management of timelines, deadlines, and revenue generation for campaigns.
Requirements
  • Experience working in a startup or UK-based brand with products in consumer retail, FMCG, wellness, health, or supplements.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
  • Experience in photorealistic rendering is advantageous.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Creativity: A passion for creative problem-solving and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent Communication: Strong communication and collaboration skills, both verbal and visual.
  • University Degree in Graphic Design or related field.
