About the Role

The Marketing Design Lead is a critical position responsible for defining and executing the visual identity and communication design of Palta's marketing touchpoints. This role requires a strategic leader who can drive efficiency across all marketing channels, with a focus on optimizing performance marketing strategies to maximize user engagement and acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Design Leadership: Direct the overall visual marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with Palta's growth objectives and market positioning.
  • Performance Marketing Focus: Spearhead design initiatives that enhance and optimize marketing campaigns, particularly in digital and video advertising, to improve performance metrics.
  • Collaboration and Influence: Work closely with marketing, growth, and product teams to integrate visual design seamlessly into broader marketing strategies.
  • Innovation and Adaptation: Proactively identify and act on emerging trends in design and marketing to keep Palta's brand at the forefront of innovation.
  • Design Excellence: Maintain rigorous standards of design quality and consistency, ensuring that all creative outputs align with strategic marketing goals.

Requirements

  • Experience: 6-10 years in a senior design role with a proven track record in brand and performance marketing.
  • Expertise: Strong background in visual storytelling and performance-driven design, with a portfolio demonstrating past successes in significant campaigns.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to think strategically, lead a design team, and work collaboratively with senior management and cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic Thinking: Skilled in planning and executing long-term strategies, with a keen ability to anticipate market trends and align them with company objectives.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively articulating design vision and strategies to stakeholders at all levels.
