Job Title: Senior Graphic Design Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Graphic Design Director to join our team at Career Legal. As a key member of our Brand & Communications team, you will be responsible for leading the development of our visual identity and guiding the design of complex, strategic projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Initiation: Gather essential information, develop effective design solutions, and clearly demonstrate how the designs meet the requirements of internal stakeholders.
  2. Project Coordination: Coordinate project workflows and communications to meet deadlines.
  3. Design Guidance: Guide internal clients and teams on the application of brand guidelines, contribute to their evolution, and craft templates and new visual elements for the brand.
  4. Asset Management: Support the development of high-quality image asset libraries that are consistent with brand guidelines and used across all firm communications.
  5. Design Implementation: Implement core design principles to strategic projects that align with brand standards and guidelines.

Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate with strong design skills, including typography, hierarchy, color application, grids, layout, photography selection, and accessibility skills. Additionally, experience in designing for digital and multi-media projects, as well as traditional design, is essential.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design or equivalent
  • Experience as a designer in a professional services or business-to-business environment
  • Experience with digital asset management systems, email marketing systems, digital and social marketing, and UX
