**About the Role:**

As a Creative Visual Strategist at VML, you will be responsible for crafting compelling visual solutions across all of Boots' touchpoints. This is a chance to flex your design muscles across a diverse range of projects, from social campaigns and digital experiences to large OOH formats and magazine prints.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Conceptualize and execute impactful design solutions across various mediums, including digital, print, OOH and social media.
* Collaborate closely with creatives, strategists, and account managers to bring ideas to life.
* Maintain a consistent brand identity while pushing creative boundaries and exploring new visual territories.
* Present your work with confidence and articulate your design decisions clearly.
* Thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Nice to Have:**

* Experience with animation or motion graphics.
