About the Role

Fanatics, Inc. is seeking a skilled Branding Designer to join our team of creative professionals. As a Branding Designer, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing visual identity strategies that drive brand recognition and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and Develop Visual Identity Assets: Create original and compelling visual identity assets, including logos, color schemes, typography, and imagery, that align with the company's brand guidelines.
  2. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with art directors, senior designers, and other stakeholders to ensure that design deliverables meet project requirements and are completed on schedule.
  3. Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Maintain a strong understanding of industry-standard software, design principles, and emerging trends in visual identity and branding.
  4. Ensure Brand Consistency: Ensure that all visual identity assets are consistent with the company's brand style guides and requirements.
  5. International Projects: Knowledge of Spanish, Italian, German, or French languages is an advantage, as we work on international projects.
Requirements
  1. Professional Experience: At least 3 years' professional/commercial/brand experience in graphic design.
  2. Education: Degree level in graphic design (Bachelor's preferred).
  3. Skills and Qualifications: Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud apps, familiar with print design and prepress workflows, able to multitask, handle multiple priorities, and drive results through time and project management.
  4. Soft Skills: Strong collaborator with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
