Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand and Graphic Designer to join our team at Experis - ManpowerGroup. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for developing original design concepts for branding, marketing materials, and other visual assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with our Creative Director and team to develop innovative design concepts that align with our company's brand identity and messaging.
  2. Design and develop visual identity systems for our clients, including logos, color schemes, typography, and imagery.
  3. Work independently and manage multiple projects on tight deadlines, ensuring high-quality results and meeting client expectations.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry design trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve our design processes and deliver exceptional results.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored design solutions.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in Graphic Design or a related field.
  2. Exceptional design skills with attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
  3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools, with the ability to learn new software and technologies.
  4. Experience in the pharmaceutical or vitamins and supplements industry is a plus, but not required.
  5. Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
