Job Title: Brand and Graphic Designer

About Our Client

We are a global crypto gaming venture on a mission to build the world's most epic gaming brand and craft magical user experiences.

About the Role

As the first in-house visual designer, you will take ownership of the visual and art direction of the brand, contributing to the overall brand and visual direction while working closely with the founder, product, and marketing teams to elevate visual identity and creative assets across all touch points.

You'll stretch your creativity and use your craft to build a visually appealing and cutting-edge brand while playing an instrumental role in building, launching, and scaling the brand into a market leader.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and build out visual elements that represent the brand
  • Work closely with marketing, product, engineering, and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality visuals and implementation across brand and website initiatives
  • Take ownership of projects, from concept through to delivery
  • Develop creative ideas, visual assets, static and motion design that brings our brand to life
  • Help build out the visual design team
  • Help establish early processes that continue to advocate our attention to detail and design-centric approach
  • Research competitors and strong design companies and bring to life cutting-edge principles, practices, and ideas
  • Champion the highest bar on quality design across branding initiatives
  • Direct the team's creative output across various channels

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to lead creative initiatives from ideation to implementation with limited resources
  • Substantial experience in web design with excellent visual, motion, and interactive design skills
  • Ability to think creatively about brand presence
  • Experience developing visual elements from an early stage
  • Solid portfolio and experience in a design and fast-growth environment

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with 3D and animation (preferably with Cinema 4D)
  • Crypto, gaming, and/or sports knowledge
  • Experience with multi-territory and product businesses
