I am collaborating with a prestigious establishment in London where heritage, culture, and entertainment converge to deliver remarkable experiences. The people and culture division is expanding and is in search of a vibrant and proactive HR Business Partner to assist in nurturing their diverse and committed workforce.

Role Overview

As an HR Business Partner, you will work in close partnership with various teams. Your role will encompass both operational and strategic HR functions, managing a spectrum of responsibilities from employee relations to project initiatives. This position demands a confident individual capable of effectively collaborating with senior stakeholders and advancing HR strategies that align with the organization's objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. General HR Functions: Offer practical HR guidance and support to employees, managers, and executives. Oversee employee relations, disciplinary actions, capability assessments, and grievance procedures.
  2. Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist the Recruitment Coordinator with contracts, onboarding documentation, role transitions, and exit paperwork. Ensure precise and timely payroll processing.
  3. Learning and Development: Collaborate with the broader People & Culture team and the Learning and Development Manager to facilitate training programs for staff and provide ongoing support as needed.
  4. Project Management: Lead and contribute to cross-departmental projects aimed at enhancing workforce capabilities and executing effective HR strategies.
  5. Policy Development and Compliance: Draft and revise HR policies, ensuring adherence to employment legislation and best practices.
Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience in a generalist HR role, with a keen interest in advancing their career. A CIPD Level 5 qualification or its equivalent is essential. The successful applicant should exhibit a positive and proactive attitude, demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, and possess the ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively, effectively managing a diverse workload.
