Human Appeal is seeking a skilled Volunteer Officer to support our team in Birmingham. As a key member of our People and Culture department, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing volunteer programs that drive positive change in our community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with volunteers, ensuring a positive and engaging experience.
  • Coordinate volunteer activities, events, and projects, aligning with our organizational goals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to volunteer inquiries and concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify volunteer opportunities and develop strategies for engagement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in volunteer management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
