Exciting Opportunity for a Midlands and Wales Volunteers Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Midlands and Wales Volunteers Officer. As part of our UK-People and Culture department, you will play a key role in supporting our volunteers and ensuring the success of our programs.

About the Role

This is a full-time position based in Birmingham, with a competitive salary of £24,000 per annum. The role is initially hybrid, with a transition to full-time in-office work once our Birmingham office is fully operational.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and engage with volunteers to ensure their needs are met and they feel valued
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase volunteer participation and retention
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve program goals and objectives
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication to internal and external stakeholders
