We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Midlands and Wales Volunteers Officer. As part of our Human Appeal team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our volunteers and ensuring the success of our community programs.
About the Role
This is a full-time position based in Birmingham, with a competitive salary of £24,000 per annum. The role is initially hybrid, with a transition to full-time in-office work once our Birmingham office is fully operational.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and coordinate volunteer activities across the Midlands and Wales regions
- Develop and implement effective volunteer engagement strategies
- Collaborate with team members to achieve program goals and objectives
- Provide excellent customer service to volunteers and stakeholders
