About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Manager to join our team in Sheffield. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs and ensuring that our employees have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy that aligns with our business objectives
  • Design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our employees and the organization
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop solutions
  • Ensure that all training activities are delivered in an efficient and effective manner
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements
  • Proven experience in learning and development, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to develop and deliver operational training frameworks and less structured learning and development activities
  • Level 4 Food Safety and HACCP qualifications, with the ability to deliver Level 3 training
  • IOSH certification (training can be provided)
